Flat bottom paper bags placed in the magazine are automatically picked up and opened. With screw feeding units, the product of the desired weight is filled precisely. As the filled bags move along the line, vibration is applied to ensure that the product is placed evenly. The upper part of the bag is cut, folded and sealed by applying glue. Weight is checked; automatic date coding is applied to the appropriate packages. The products are then automatically sorted and transferred to the shrinking section. After shrinking, the packaging process is completed by being shipped with a conveyor belt.

This line is a full automatic packaging system that fills 1-2-5 kg flat bottom paper bags. In the food industry; It is used in applications that provide high efficiency and hygiene in powder products such as flour, tea, sugar, semolina.
